Constellation's Offshore Trainee Program, named CapacitAÇÃO Program, has training excellent professionals to work in the company’s drilling units as its main purpose. Its stages include accelerated training based on theoretical and practical knowledge aimed at developing graduates from technical schools and universities who have high growth potential.
The CapacitAÇÃO Program has already developed several professionals in the areas of Drilling, Maintenance, Subsea, Operations, and Projects. In all of its editions, the program has trained trainees to take on the role envisaged in their area of expertise, after completing interdisciplinary stages for their development.
In its latest edition, focusing on the ESG theme and aiming at strengthening the presence of women in the energy sector, Constellation implemented and achieved the target of 50% of vacancies directed to women.
