The Leadership Academy is a customized development program for coordinators, managers and directors, as well as marine operations superintendents.
The focus is on developing competencies for team management, considering aspects such as systemic vision, communication, strategic direction, innovation, collaboration and leadership of high-performance teams.
Leadership Academy
With a duration of 24 months, the Offshore Trainee Program is aimed at hiring trainees in the offshore area.
Our goal is to accelerate the training of professionals of excellence to work on drilling rigs in technical positions (drilling, electronics, maintenance and subsea) after theoretical and practical training.
Offshore Trainee Program
Through the Internship Program (Estagiar), we open opportunities for students from different areas of knowledge to live the experience of the offshore drilling market, adding new perspectives and innovative ideas while improving their professional skills in a diverse and qualified environment.
The program covers several engagement and acculturation initiatives, as well as actions to promote the understanding of our business model and the importance of the oil and gas market for sustainable development and energy transition.
Internship Program
The Young Apprentice Program offers opportunities for young people to start their careers and professional development integrated into our corporate culture.
In addition to contributing to social inclusion, the initiative expands the Company’s capacity to attract and hire potential talent, with the capacity for innovation and proposing new ideas.
Young Apprentice Program
Social responsibility program carried out in Macaé/RJ, with the support of Firjan SENAI, with the objective of developing technical knowledge and behavioral skills aiming to increase the employability chances of the region’s population.
It covers topics such as oil well drilling, drilling techniques, cargo handling and cargo handling safety, and pneumatics and hydraulics. In addition to technical training, the program also discusses human development to improve the socio-emotional skills of the participants.
Platform Assistant Development Program
With the aim of advancing the careers of underrepresented groups, Constellation implemented the Estrelar Mentorship Program, an exclusive initiative that promotes meaningful connections between mentors and mentees, with pairs formed in a careful manner, considering the profile, interests, and strengths of each professional.
The action is aligned with the 2030 Agenda and reinforces our commitment to promoting more diverse and inclusive environments.

Salary Transparency Report
On November 23, 2023, the government published Decree No. 11.795 which regulates Law No. 14.611, sanctioned on July 3, 2023, which provides for salary equality and remuneration criteria between women and men.
The Salary Transparency Report includes information on labor ties, contractual salary and monthly remuneration, based on the major groups of the CBO (Brazilian Classification of Occupations). This exclusive grouping methodology does not include a direct comparison between the salaries of men and women holding the same position.
