Management Team

Mr. Ribeiro has been the Chief Operating Officer of the Constellation Group since July 2012. He has 22 years of oil and gas services experience, having started his career in 1996 and joined the Constellation Group in January 2000.  Since then, Mr. Ribeiro has held several different positions in the operations division of Constellation, including General Offshore Operations Manager, Engineering & Support Manager, and Rig Manager.  As Project Manager from 2005 to 2009, Mr. Ribeiro oversaw the upgrades of the Alaskan Star, Atlantic Star and Olinda Star in Brazil.  Additionally, he was the Site Manager in charge of Gold Star and Alpha Star constructions in Singapore.  Mr. Ribeiro holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, a graduate degree in Petroleum Engineering, Safety Engineering, and an MBA from FDC Business School. Additionally, Mr. Ribeiro is currently enrolled in a Master’s Program in Mineral Engineering with a specialization in Oil and Gas at the University of São Paulo (USP) and he is Director of ABESPetro, the Brazilian Association of the Oil and Gas Services Providers.

Daniel Rachman serves as the Chief Financial Officer. With over 12 years of industry experience, Daniel has a Bachelor degree in Business and Master in Accounting. He joined Constellation as CFO in 2023. Daniel served in several finance leadership roles in GE Oil & Gas and Baker Huges, in Brazil and in the United States, having his last position as Global CFO of the Subsea Production business.

Constellation in 2012. Served in various leadership positions, such as Offshore Installation Manager, Corporate QHSE Manager, Base and Operations Manager, and Operations Superintendent.

Thiago Schimmelpfennig serves as the Chief Commercial Officer. With over 13 years of experience in different areas within Constellation, Thiago has a degree in Mechanical Engineer with MBA in Oil & Gas. He joined the Company as Operations Engineer in 2009. Later, as Rig Manager, worked in Amazonas, Mato Grosso and Paraguay. Thiago acted as the Deputy COO before joining the Commercial Department in 2018 as Commercial Manager.

Silvia Nunes Ruggeri serves as the Chief Administrative Officer. With 19 years of experience in large companies in the oil and gas sector, Silvia has a degree in Business Administration from Puc-Rio and started her career at Constellation in February 2010. Since then, she has held various leadership positions, including Compensation and Benefits Manager and Chief Administrative Officer Advisor.

Luis Senna serves as the Chief Administrative Officer. With more than 12 years of experience in traditional law firms, Senna holds a law degree from PUC - RJ, a specialization in Commercial Law from UERJ and a Compliance & Ethics Professional – International certification from the Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics (2018-2020). He is a member of the Oil and Gas Commission of the OAB-RJ and has been a member of the Company's Conduct Committee since March 2021. Senna works with us for more than 10 years and during this period was a key player in the challenges faced by the Company, leading important company projects such as corporate restructuring, corporate governance, implementation of the Compliance Program and structuring of the Compliance Department, in addition led important judicial and administrative processes, achieving significant results.
